Beginning her career as an assistant to Meridian’s founder, Sharon learned the foundational skills of title and escrow services that continue to guide her clients through successful transactions today. Sharon specializes in builder and development transactions with long-time clients such as Garbett Homes and Perry Homes. She has a talent for guiding new home buyers through the sometimes challenging, but exciting, process of building their dream home.
