Michael Ivins is Vice President and a Director at Meridian Title Company. Through his youth and after, Michael has experienced every position at the Company, including as a licensed Title Examiner and Escrow Officer. He rounds out his knowledge of the real estate industry from a stint in lending with construction financing for builders and developers. Michael graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah, and also speaks fluent Spanish from his time spent in Nicaragua.
In addition to his managing role, Michael maintains his own long-standing book of business and is a resident expert on water rights, private financing and boundary line disputes. Michael also serves as President of Meridian Exchange, Inc., an affiliated 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary.
Michael, his wife and their five children, reside on the benches of the beautiful Wasatch Front in Salt Lake County, minutes away from the local ski resorts. Whether on the hunt for a local barber during his travels around the world or skiing in the Swiss alps, Michael is always looking for new experiences that become great, lifelong stories. You can often see Michael’s trusty golden-doodle, Boomer, on his heels around the office.
