Jerrod Phillips is an Escrow Officer and the Branch Manager of our St. George Branch. Jerrod joined Meridian Title Company in 2004. With extensive experience in our Title, Policy and Escrow departments, Jerrod was Managing Team Lead of the company’s Escrow Assistants, before relocating to open and manage the St. George Branch for Meridian Title in 2012. As a part of the thriving community of Washington County, Jerrod continues to provide an attention to detail and a knowledgeable approach to every real estate transaction. Jerrod’s expertise in the industry gives his clients confidence and provides a valuable resource for Meridian Title and the greater St. George community.

Jerrod and his wife, Kim (another esteemed member of the Meridian family), along with their two children, reside in the beautiful red rock region of Southern Utah. Jerrod is an avid runner, sports fan and enjoys fishing and backpacking.
