About Callan Merrick

With a background as a financial analyst and a commercial real estate underwriter in the banking industry, Callan Merrick has been an Escrow Officer at Meridian Title since 2017. Callan seeks to bring cohesion between the two related industries, and through her experience, to facilitate a seamless transaction for her commercial clients. From multi-million dollar, multi-use properties, storage unit facilities and industrial complexes, Callan has enjoyed navigating the complexities that arise in the title search and the escrow services of a commercial real estate transaction. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah.

Callan resides in Salt Lake City with her husband where they enjoy renovating their home and searching for the next new river to fish.
